Welcome to our website
Narnia Day Nursery and Nursery School is situated near the centre of Altrincham, Cheshire. We have received the rating of 'Outstanding' by Ofsted in all areas. We care for children from 0 to 5 years and as a family run business our main aim is to provide a happy, stimulating and loving 'home from home' environment whilst also being healthy, comfortable and safe (including a large garden) where parents feel secure in the knowledge that their child is cared for as an individual.
Narnia prides itself with having dedicated, loving and qualified staff, including a full-time qualified teacher and well trained nursery staff. We are able to accommodate up to 36 children (separated into groups of babies, toddlers and pre-school children) with a total of 14 staff. Due to the smallness of the nursery, excellent relationships are formed with you and your child. At Narnia we believe it is important for children to learn about their own needs as well as the needs of others, creating a family atmosphere.

As well as being rated 'Outstanding' by Ofsted, we have been awarded Quality Counts, the Investors in Children endorsed accreditation scheme by NDNA. This acts as an indicator to parents of independent assessment of quality, over and above the National Standards from Ofsted. We have also achieved the Trafford 'Healthy Setting Award' and the 'Inclusion Friendly Stamp'.
