Narnia Day Nursery is situated near the centre of Altrincham in a comfortable large building with a secure outdoor play area, giving the children the opportunity to enjoy a vast range of outdoor activities. The nursery's location is ideal for commuters travelling into Altrincham and Manchester, being just off the A56 and within a short distance of the Metrolink and bus station.

We care for children from 0 - 5 years in a loving homely environment, with continuity and security provided by qualified and reliable staff. All our staff are carefully chosen not only for their qualifications but also for their genuine interest and attitude towards children and childcare. The nursery manager actively encourages continued training for all staff. The nursery is a family run business - the owners are at the nursery on a full-time basis. One of the owners is the manager and is a qualified primary teacher and an Early Years Professional (EYP) whilst the other is the financial administrator and handy man.

The nursery is open from 8am to 6pm all year round except for Bank holidays, the first week of August and the Christmas period.

Meals are planned to provide a varied and nutritious diet according to seasonal variations. In consultation with parents we cater for any special dietary needs. Meals are freshly cooked on the premises, with fresh fruit and vegetables delivered regularly. We have achieved a Healthy Eating Award. Breakfast can be provided for children who arrive before 9:00am
